Loyalty points needed to reach a tier
Example:
– If within 1 year (12 months) spending reaches IDR 2,000,000,- then the Classic card member will move up a tier to the Silver card because they have reached 200 LP (every IDR 10,000 = 1 LP)
– If in the same year you want to reach Gold, then Silver card holders only need to collect 750 LP because to reach Gold you need 950 LP and in the previous tier you already get 200 LP.
– If in the same year you want to reach Platinum, then Gold card holders only need to collect 1050 LP because to reach Platinum you need 2000 LP and in the previous tier you already get 950 LP.
– If you want to reach Diamond in the same year, then Platinum card holders only need to collect 2000 LP because to reach Platinum you need 4000 LP and in the previous tier you already get 2000 LP.
- Loyalty Point Every Rp10.000 Spending
Every Rp10,000 spent will get points. These points vary depending on the Card owned.
Example:
– Classic members will get 1 point for every Rp. 10,000 spent
>> If you spend Rp. 100,000, the Classic card gets 10 points
– Silver Members will get 1.25 points for every Rp10,000 spent
>> If you spend Rp100,000, the Silver card gets 12.5 points
– Gold Members will get 1.5 points for every Rp10,000 spent
>> If you spend Rp. 100,000, the Gold card will get 15 points
– Platinum members will get 2 points for every Rp. 10,000 spent
>> If you spend Rp. 100,000, the Platinum card gets 20 points
– Diamond members will get 3 points for every Rp. 10,000 spent
>> If you spend Rp. 100,000, the Diamond card gets 30 points
- Tier Retention
To move up a tier/level to the next level, it can be done within 12 months.
Example: on March 2, 2025, you start registering your card at the Classic level, so to reach the Silver card, you can collect a shopping value of IDR 2,000,000 until March 1, 2026.
Note: Tier changes may take up to 2 (two) working days.
- Monthly Free Games
Every month members will get free games that can be played on all game machines except game machines above IDR 10,000/game.
Example:
– Classic members will get 2 free games every month
– Silver members will get 3 free games every month
– Gold members will get 5 free games every month
– Platinum members will get 8 free games every month
– Diamond members will get 10 free games every month
- Exclusive Card
Every time you go up a tier/level you will get a free Exclusive Card
- Game Master Credit Balance
Every time you go up a tier/level you immediately get game credit
Example:
– Silver immediately gets a credit balance of 50,000
– Gold immediately gets a credit balance of 100,000
– Platinum immediately gets a credit balance of 200,000
– Diamond immediately gets a credit balance of 300,000
- Birthday Treat (in the Birthday Month)
Members on their birthday will receive a credit balance bonus that is valid in the month of their birthday (for one month)
Example:
– Silver members whose birthday falls on January 5th will receive a credit balance of 50,000 in January, and this credit balance is valid from January 1st to 31st (for one month).
– For those who have a birthday in a leap year, you will still get a Birthday Treat which is valid during the month of February.
Free Joy n Fun Playground: members will get free tickets to play at all Joy n Fun locations.
Example:
– Silver gets 1 “one” free Joy n Fun (all locations)
– Gold gets 2 “two” free Joy n Fun (all locations)
– Platinum gets 5 “five” free Joy n Fun (all locations)
– Diamond gets 10 “ten” free Joy n Fun (all locations)
- Free Laser Force
Members will get free tickets to play Laser Force
Example:
– Silver gets 1 (one) free Force laser at the Citylink Game Master Festival
– Gold gets 2 (two) free Force lasers at the Game Master Festival Citylink and Yogya Sumbersari Junction
– Platinum gets 2 (two) free Force lasers at the Game Master Festival Citylink and 1 (one) free Force laser at Yogya Sumbersari Junction
– Diamond gets 5 (five) free Force lasers at the Game Master Festival Citylink and 5 (five) free Force lasers at Yogya Sumbersari Junction
- Free Snowpark
Members will get free tickets to play at Snowpark in Panama Park.
Example:
– Silver gets 1 (one) free Snowpark
– Gold gets 2 (two) free Snowparks
– Platinum gets 3 (three) free Snowparks
– Diamond gets 5 (five) free Snowparks
- Free Bowling
Members will get free bowling tickets at the Game Master Festival Citylink.
Example:
– Silver gets 1 (one) free bowling
– Gold gets 2 (two) free Bowling
– Platinum gets 3 (three) free Bowling
– Diamond gets 5 (five) free Bowling
- Free Aqua Park
Members will get free tickets to play at Aqua Park located at Game Master Yogya Junction Parahyangan
Example:
– Gold gets 2 (two) free Aqua Parks
– Platinum gets 3 (three) free Aqua Parks
– Diamond gets 5 (five) free Aqua Parks
- Monthly Free Snack/Drink
Every month members will get a free snack/drink which is valid at the Game Master Canteen/Cafe (in the form of snacks such as popcorn or those available at the Game Master location)
- Invitation to Special Event
Will get an invitation if the Game Master holds an event / special event
- Give one person of your choice with Gold Tier
Diamond members will be entitled to give Gold status to relatives or friends. The card validity period follows the validity period of the main member card.
Loyalty Point Redemption
– For every 100 points can be exchanged for a credit balance of IDR 20,000
– For every 500 points can be exchanged for a credit balance of IDR 100,000
– Loyalty Point exchange can only be done through the Game Master Cashier
- Be One of Our VIP
BApplicable to members and non-members whose spending has reached IDR 25,000,000 (achievement can be within 1, 2, 5 or more than 10 years)
Example: shopping for IDR 500,000 per month, then in 50 months you will reach a total shopping of IDR 25,000,000 and get a VIP Game Price.
– Especially for members who have reached Diamond tier within 1 (one) year, they will immediately get a VIP Game Price.
– VIP Game Price is valid for a lifetime
– VIP Game Price is valid as long as the card is active
