\nUser<\/strong> means any party who uses Game Master’s services, including but not limited to registered users, Buyers, or other visitors to the Website\/Application.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\nBuyer<\/strong> means a registered User who purchases Voucher Balance sold by Sellers on the Game Master Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\nVoucher Balance<\/strong> means an intangible item redeemable at the nearest Game Master outlets by showing proof of purchase via the website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nB. Account, Refund Balance, Earnings Balance, Password and Security<\/h3>\n\n- \n
Users declare and guarantee they are at least 18 years old or married, not under guardianship, and legally competent to bind themselves to these Terms and Conditions. If Users do not meet these requirements but still access or use the Website\/Application and its services, they declare that their parent, guardian, or custodian has approved such actions. Game Master has the authority to take necessary actions for any suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions and\/or applicable laws without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users agree that Game Master has the right to take other necessary actions related to User violations, including rejecting new store registrations if duplicate data is found.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users agree not to use, modify, dismantle, duplicate, resell, or exploit the Website\/Application’s software, hardware, network, and\/or data systems without permission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users agree not to access Game Master systems using viruses, software, or technology that can weaken, damage, disrupt, or take over the integrity or functionality of the systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users are prohibited from creating or using automated tools such as emulators, bots, macros, crawlers, or other tools to manipulate data, create multiple accounts, harvest data, spam, automate transactions, or other unfair activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Refund Balance comes from refund transactions and cannot be topped up manually.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master can freeze Refund Balances if fraud or violations are suspected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users are personally responsible for keeping their account and password confidential.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master will never ask for your username, password, or OTP codes; Users are advised never to share such data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Users agree to log out after each session and report any unauthorized access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master is not responsible for losses due to User negligence in protecting their account details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Users acknowledge that telecommunication providers may charge fees for OTP services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
C. Purchase Transactions<\/h3>\n\n- \n
Buyers must transact following procedures set by Game Master, using selected payment methods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

When purchasing Voucher Balance, Buyers agree they are legally bound to the purchase contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master reserves the right to refuse payment leading to transaction cancellation without notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Payments must match the billing amount including unique codes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Payments must be made within 24 hours after checkout or transactions will be cancelled without claim rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Delays and extra fees from bank differences are Buyers’ responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Refunds are credited to Users’ Refund Balance or via credit card terms if applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master can take action on split payments including cancellations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Buyers must not disclose payment proof\/data to third parties; losses from this are Buyer’s responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Buyers are responsible for securing their transaction information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master can restrict payment methods or cancel transactions on suspicion of fraud or violations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Users must create a PIN for transaction security.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Users must keep the PIN confidential and are responsible for all transactions using it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
D. Service Fees<\/h3>\n
Users may be charged service fees for payments and\/or application services.<\/p>\n
E. Credit Cards<\/h3>\n\n- \n
Credit cards can be used for Voucher Balance purchases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Transactions must comply with Game Master\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Game Master can withhold funds during investigations, deduct 15% fees, or retract subsidies for violations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Verification processes may involve banks or payment partners contacting Users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Users are responsible for securing their credit card data including CVV and OTP codes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Failed or canceled transactions will have charges reversed on the next credit card statement, except for illegal transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Fees will be refunded if all transactions in a payment are canceled; partial cancellations do not refund fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
F. Promotions<\/h3>\n\n- \n
Game Master may offer promotions with specific terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Users may only use one account per promotion; multiple accounts for one user will forfeit promotion benefits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

G. Indemnity<\/h3>\n
Users release Game Master (including parent companies, directors, employees) from claims and hold harmless for third-party claims arising from User violations or misuse of services.<\/p>\n
H. Governing Law<\/h3>\n
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Indonesian courts.<\/p>\n
